Skills & skipping.
 

Are we allowed to skip any skills? I'm guessing it's a no for passive skills, but for active skills.. hm?
Ex: I have heal [01] but I wanna skip [02] to [03].

I'm actually thinking it's a both for no now, seeing as how it'd make less sense, BUT i have never tried and I think someone told me yes before. ^.~

you know this is an interesting ? since skills don't state that they have prior skill level requirements. I just assumed that it was that way. I'd think that someone prolly tried this and could answer ya or nay.

No, you may not.

I always assumed you can't. I always looked at the 2 and 3 as upgrades, not new skills. You can't upgrade what you don't have ^^
