A simple question..

Ever since I started going to Uruga, I've seen people shouting stuff like, "Party for AOE" or something like that.
So I've wondered, what does AOE mean? And "grinding." I don't know what that means either.

Grinding= Training like non-stop for hours @_@
AOE= Area of Effect {Killing more than one mob at a time}

an AOE is a skill that can hurt multiple targets with one cast.
