Item Shop Issues
 

Hello everyone.



As many of you may have noticed, there has been an increase in item shop delivery problems in the past few weeks, including right now. With the increased population across all servers (including EU), this unfortunately made matters worse. The entire infrastructure of the servers are extremely complex, which doesn't help. We are continuing to work on and resolve these issues as fast as we can, however finding the exact issue is like finding a needle in a humongous haystack. We can however, ensure that no item is lost when purchased. All items WILL be delivered, although we can not give an estimate time when.



Every account that has bought an item in the Item Shop from Cap Raise (October 23rd) onward (until we announce an end date), will receive a special, permanent item as a token of our gratitude for your patience.
