xtrap problems

everytime i try to log into fiesta a message that says "x-trap engine has failed please re-start the game" what should i do? :sad:

1.Your game is not updated with the latest patches.
2.Your speed is not good.
3.Your computer's operating system does not install the plug.

dont know what to do

ok so i know ive installed the lastest pastches and my connection speed seems fine so what should i do if its not downloading the plug?
