Nature's Speed

I was wondering... do the higher lvls of Nature's Speed actually do something more then the 1st tier?

each tier decreases time for u to shoot an arrow by 0.1s
so t1 - 0.1s
t2 - 0.2s
43 - 0.3s
so and n so forth

Ya at t4 natures speed really shines. When I cast it I'm shooting faster than a bow.

Hg xbow+speed of a bow=death.

Everything pays off at the later levels for archers. You wont notice big changes til you get high up.

And yeah, it gets better as you get higher level.
