Estate Problems

I know that Granpa Robin has an estate quest, i forget the name of the quest at the moment, but most of you know what I'm talking about:laugh: Anyway, I've completed the quest, but I still can't get into the estate:cries: It keeps saying I need a "estate decoration liscense". Was Grandpa Robin suppose to have given that to me?
