Knight or Gladiator
 

Which is the best?

im going with gladiator

I've heard from my friend that knight is best for tanking, so i'm going with that, if my friend is wrong could someone help me by explaining what each class is better at?

I vote for knight, tanking ftw!!!!!!!!!!!! gladiators have turned their back on their original purpose, tanking

I think I will go Gladiator...I have a 50 END and rest STR build, but Im really not sure. D:

gladiator is a more offencive class and knight is defensive its ur choice wat u go for also based on ur stat build..

Knight to me is the better class because I like protecting my party members and a knight can easily do that with the skills they have :D

They actually have their Ups and Downs, but the Gladiators, at the moment, have much better boosts.

I love being a tank fighter better too. never get on him though :urweird:
but fighters total/original purpose isn't merely to tank, but to DD as well. which is why they have axes. its better this way so you can choose. adding more customability to the game. :)

Gladiator cause glads have amazing defence anyway

compared to some other classes yes, but they will NEVER get as much def as a knight and will never be able to tank as good. DEF over STR FTW!

That's what charms are for. Str > End. You can get great def from +9's.

uhhh... wat do u mean by never get on me? and also, if u wanna be a DD, be a squishy class... won't ur dmg still loose to the squishies?

I went Knight because I'm not big on PvP & would hate losing my 1h/shield
But either way, there's no way a Knight or a Glad can keep aggro off a charmed mage's aoes. So Knights are the underdog either way

I never get on HIM. as in, my fighter. I don't prefer DD, thats why I said

you should start reading posts better. think before you type and so on.

And I think I'm going knight.
Gladiator loses to warlock, due to icefield-aoe spam. Knight uses neglect and laughs. Then buckler up, stun, switch to 2h and kill. Mages have low enough def for 2h to kill in 8 secs of stun anyway.

Gladiators have warlocks easy, but wizards are another story since they have skeletons and teleport (blink) to raise both dps and battle length. teleport has less than 30 sec cooltime.

I think gladiators are better because of their Dmg.

Obviously it comes down to preference, a glad can tank but knights are better build for it. The good thing about glads is that they have both dmg and def, but since I prefer EvP and pts,I prefer a knight. :arg:

Gladiator. Why?
Because:-
1) We can dash.
2) We can throw our weapons at people/things like its nothing. xD
3) Attack Rate Buff!~:love:
4) Highest physical damage, ever. :laugh:
5) One of the Highest critical strike chance in the game (Due to Axes)
6) 4 + 5 = Epic destruction and pwnage. :sunnies:

And im only 14 levels away from reaching this godliness~ :cutielove:
