i know ppl say u need 15 pts for this skill
so like, where do i use them
dmg? sp? dot? cd?

CD and SP usage for spammability.
Oh, Dmg.
No point in Duration since youll be able to cast NM before it wears off.
Of course, I dont play an archer, so lets see what the experts say xD

^ what they said. But SP Consumption (imo) is kinda useless since empowering it just saves you SP... But you spam it anyway so... Yeah xD

If you want do what Enraya said. But SP does add up when spamming skills.Every one in a while add another to sp consumption, but dmg and cd are a must to max out right away.

With max sp consumption you'll only be spending 1/2 the sp per shot. So what you can do is calculate how long it takes for you hp stones to run out and see how many sp stones you have left. And if you run out of sp stones way before you hp do then add more point in sp consumption. You never wanna rely on pot when kiting.
