^^' I cant figure out which program I like best PSP ofr photoshop elements D= its annoying. I plan to buy atleast one of them during the school year... Q.Q

I'd pick Photoshop CS3 out of all current programs in existence, but PSP certainly is far more economical and provide most of the functions available in Photoshop. (around $50~ vs $1000~).
