I looked it up in the wiki. 'Cept there is a big fat blank space next to the title :nahnah:

Anyone know how these two can be obtained?

they are GM titles I think.

Some were attained by modifying game files, others were gained by bugs.

No title is officially a "GM title." Rather, the ability to attain said title is deactivated in-game.

Triumph speaks the truth. No official GM titles, unless they add a "GM"/"Outspark"/"Admin" titles. xD
