So one of my customers who is really a sweet person. I do up a lot of prints for him and work on his projects.

He gave me a book today on how to get around a computer. This is like really basic stuff like how to open up a browser. I didn't have the heart to tell him that all of the stuff in the book I already figured out eons ago. :zomg:

Makes me think of the time I asked for help on printing a paper... just printing! Because there were a bajillion printer options at the writing lab at my school. And the guy assumed from that point on that I knew absolutely NOTHING about computers. It kind of annoyed me. He freaked out when I pulled my USB drive out without securing it first lol.

It's the thought that counts!

I think he needs it more than I do.

And I pull USBs out without doing that all the time. There's nothing really wrong with it as long as you're not pulling it out while it's writing still.

I once had an mp3 player that has a USB port that I can just plug in and put music on.. and I just pulled it out and somehow it erased everything on my mp3 player...

I always go safely remove every time after that...
