Im LVL 20 fighter, WHY wont Skill Master Marty give Upgrade Quest ??

Im kinda a newbie and im having a problem upgradeing to Clever Fighter!
Im lvl 20 now and i when i goto Warrior Master Marty to receive the Quest to start my upgrade ( take letter to skill master rudy, ect. ) he just say something about the most important aspect of being a great worrior is blah blah blah... and then it says ( Purchase ) and ( Close ) O_O thats it ~
No Quest ~ Nothing !? WHAT AM I DOING WRONG... did i miss something ??

You have to go to Shutian not marty.

You need to go see Chief of roumen by fountain and click on all quests in "quests" that says "acceptable" Then do the same with shutian in elderine (he is right in front of the stairs) he should tell you to go see Sean in Forest of mist, but before you go, make sure you really picked up the quest, you need to click him twice. If you're lost about what option to take it's "Promotion right?" Once you go to Forest of mist and talk to Sean, he will warp you to your promotion! Good luck on becoming a clever fighter!!:laugh:
