I see alot of people on the forums saying stuff like 2:3 str:end or stuff like that. What does it mean?

Those are ratios in which to distribute stat points. In the example 2:1 STR/END, you would put 2 points into STR for every 1 point of END. 2:1, 30:15, 100:50. Keep it in proportion.

Note, this is just an example and not an endorsement of a 2:1 STR/END ratio for any class.

That just means that for every 2 points in STR, you'd put in 3 points in END.

So let's say at level 10 you'd have 4 STR and 6 END in your stats.
