Kyles engagement ring quest He wont take the ring...

Ive tried everything...
I disabled x-trap thinking that was the error, but no matter what I do, after I say "You mean this ring here" he never takes it or awards me...
Help.

Give up/Delete the quest and start it again? Or have you tried relogging?
