[Outspark Event] Staff Signature Contest
 

Hello Outspark friends,

The Outspark Staff needs your help! The staff are in need of new signatures and we want YOU to make that happen for us. Show us your creativity and create a signature for your favorite staff member. Each staff member will decide on their favorite signature and use that signature for at least one month. They will also include “Create by” text under their new signature. Artists who are selected will win an awesome holiday prize package for your favorite Outspark game! For more details, please read below.

Event Period: December 12, 2007 ~ December 19, 2007
Prize Distribution: December 21, 2007

Entry Rules
1. There are 9 signatures that will be chosen which means a total of 9 winners will be selected.
2. You can choose to create the signature for one or more of your favorite staff members. The more staff members you create for, the better chance you have!
3. You can only be selected to win by one staff member.
4. Last day for submission is December 19, 2007
5. All entries must be your own work, anyone caught using somebody else's work will have their entry disqualified.
6. All entries must be added to this thread on or before December 19, 2007

Signature Rules
1. Signatures cannot contain inappropriate material
2. Signature size must be 450x175
3. .jpg or .gif format only
4. Must contain Outspark Staff member’s name

Yeahh! I thought people would like to see this since there are quite a number of artists in this forum.

I'd love to enter, except I have NO idea what picture to use or something. I always need a picture - I suck at making abstract siggies. And all my screens are of my char, which is a girl, so it's a bit weird to use those for the sigs.

The guy set for the rewards looks weird, but the girl one looks awesome!!

just go into Fiesta and start screenie other males in the game =D

But if you save it as JPG high quality in photoshop, it's about the same isn't it? There's only a realllllllllly small difference... and most of the time I can't tell the difference. D:

silly question after i completed 5 of these things, but are any of the staff @ outspark female? i just assumed they were all male =P

Yeah I was actually wondering about that too.. it's weird to use female chars if they're all guys. D: Also, which ones are the ones that are from Solstice? I think GM_rider is a solstice person...or Fiesta too? I thought it might be weird to make a Fiesta sig if they don't hang around in Fiesta... o_O I'm not sure though.

scary, we think alike... personally i've only seen Dakkon & Murdock in game on Bijou, but then again i've only been around since early november. the sigs i made are pretty standard, male-type, aggressive, signatures. i don't know anything about their personalities so it makes it a bit more difficult.. but ah well, atleast i tried.

oh yeah, they're there already ^^ i'm hoping this will inspire the other sig makers on here to enter *ahem* yosei, *ahem* zwivix... nvm the .jpg requirement... u can still make something truly awesome with your talents.

I am :D I'm just brain storming. I got an idea for Dakkon and Steam.. and one for Cretz. The Cretz one is kind of a joke, but I hope he likes it.

Since im not sure with are for Fiesta and which are for Sos Im gonna make them mostly anime ones... cant go wrong with anime ^^

Well hes my sig for the event. Its a drawing I did myself and Edited in Corel Photo Paint 12. I did this one for GM Steam. If you can't read what it says it says: GM Steam The Bringer of Death and Destruction. I though it was cool but, any ways I like to here your views on this sig.

And you need to make sure you have read the rules: the size has to be 450 x 175 pixels - your sig doesn't look like it's the right size. Make sure you change that before submitting it, or they won't consider it! D:

I've made 4 sigs so far @.@

I've only started one... no where near finish as well. I might only have like, one in the end. So hard to make a sig without a picture to start with. I almost went to the point where I was about to make a Chae Yeon sig for them instead, LMAO.

not just that, they're disqualifying all entries using copyrighted images... so nothing from established anime/manga, videogames, movies, comics, inidividual artists pages etc. etc. so pretty much unless you drew/photgraphed it yourself or it is an Outspark product you're out of luck.
