I've put up placeholder pages for sites I've made, but if I were running an actual design firm I'd sure as hell have it ready to go before I made it live.

I've seen website developing companies use premade free templates and its like D:
also there has been this one website developing company who went to my teacher who is also a freelance graphic designer to design their website for them....
its like...shouldnt you be doing this yourself?........:urweird:
