Where's My Costume? D:
 

So I opened a Lucky Box that Contained a 30 Day Cupid's Desire Costume. I won it, and I really liked it, so I pressed "Take Item" well, I clicked it, and it wouldn't load, I clicked again and it still didn't.... I thought maybe it already delivered my costume, so I went to my inventory after closing out the shop and clicked the second gift icon. It wasn't there :cries: I relogged, but it still wasn't there. I badly wanted that costume, I don't have anymore SC, so I still didn't get the costume I've been waiting months for to get. Can you fix this so I can obtain it, I spent the SC on the box, and didn't get anything... Here's my character to deliver to:
