Hi there! I want to upgrade my valentines shield to +3 to match my blue outfit so I need some T3 Elrues! Please tell me your price or if you can make them I can provide the mats! (Tell me what mats because I'm not quite sure either...)

Although I can't make them I am pretty sure the materials needed are 3 of each t3 dusts.
