No, and some language related ranting (^_^)
Hangul mal mot tai yo. (I don't speak Korean) and that's about all the Korean I know and propbably mispelled it too. I can speak some Japanese, French and Spanish; with a few phrases in several other languages.
I can say I don't speak your language in several languages. (^_^) Thats the most important phrase to learn first in my opinion. Yet I've never seen a tourist guide with it in the "handy phrases". They always have "do you speak English" there though. That's stupid. If I want to know if they speak English I will ask in english!
Don't be too surprised by the person why speaks Chinese and Affricans. I know a few Chinese families that have relatives and/or business interests in African countries. You can also find people of Chinese descent living in almost any country in the world.
