Licenses

Does putting 2 or 3 of the same license add up? So if all 3 were maxed, i'll be doing 120% more damage? Inquiring mind wants to know.

I'm not sure and I haven't tried this but I assumed that it wouldn't let you put more than one of the same license on the same weapon.

I've tried with that Licence quest putting the Ratman on your weapon. You can't double or triple up the same monster licence on one weapon.
