Can any one help me?

Im lvl 42 fighter and i got this quest from kid woz something about a monster doll to some girl he like. can any one help what to do and where to get a doll?

When you level later on, Kid Woz will give you a quest with the Goblin doll as a reward.

uhh... guys? it's not kid woz... vegan goblin will give u a quest later for that reward... u nix to harvest sand mushrooms... HARVEST NOT KILL...
