"Tactical" Anaconda :P

So I've made the picture thread before called Tactical Anaconda. I've recently visited the JFiesta site and come across the reason for the 'tactical' part of the update.

When attacking, you'll have to careful when this is implemented because if your enemy comes up behind you, you will receive more damage. Do not think for a second that just because you have stones that you will survive.

Of course this is the same with enemies. If you manage to get around to it's back, you will dish out more damage.

This is where the whole tanking thing works. With the rest of the members attacking mobs from its backside you'll be able to dish out more damage thus increasing your exp gain.

Players are able to use skills while moving. Clerics will have a better time using their buffs... not having to pause while doing so. (I also love the armor. :P)

Some of the other things they added were actually the same as our update. The party matching system was implemented as well as the XO arena. So maybe this update isn't so far off for us either. :)

I forgot about making a thread on the ability to heal while running. (Its for clerics.)

Extremely useful. Especially if training.

PS: That fighter is using the Lv90 Titanic Sword.

That oughta be fun.

I wish the american fiesta was like that

The whole 'tactical' gameplay is something to look forward to I think. And you can see that this really gets you to party up and work as a team to get things done.

More damage from the backside would make KQ's a little easier too. :) As well as skills while moving.

so how would tanking mobs of 4-6 enemies work? i'm guessing the enemies @ the tank's back would be dealing more damage? could be problematic at times, especially for AoE mages pulling aggro away from the tank

That's why the tank moves so the enemies are facing him/her. I'm sure you can do that... and then the dd's stand behind those mobs so they deal more damage.

lucky for me i don't really mind getting killed the several-times-a-day that i do ^^;

(no, i don't use Blessing of Teva; i just don't care because i've got more important things to bother with than getting killed on some game…)

Just when I started to lose interest in the game, they go and do this.

^ Seems like it came in just in time to keep you playing. xD

And that's cool, being able to use tactics like that. Fun.
