Ranger or Sharpshooter
what's the difference between the two?:ninja:
|
Sharpshooters use bows, get upgrades of Aimed Shot and Power shot, and new skills toward PvP.
Neutralize/Disarm Blind Distant Shot Slow Shot: chasing slow arrow Detect- currently useless and some others I don't remember atm. Rangers use crossbows, upgrade Posion Shot, and get new skills such as Hide - invisibility Binding:inmobilize And set traps |
Sharpshooters are good in pvp for their blind and disarming someone wep, very useful in guild wars. :)
Not much rangers can do in pvp, but cause for damage than a SharpShooter. Both are good in pve, but rangers kills mob a bit faster since they use an xbow and sharpshooters use bows. |
Mmmm I know I will have to really think about which to chose when I get to that level.....
Though I know when it first came out more people where being Rangers than Sharp Shooters....is that still the case or has it evened out now? |
Surprisingly I see quite a few SS now. There was a poll on the OS forums and SS was the more voted class. Main reasons being that it gets more skillls you can use.
So far I'm planning on going SS on Legel, also cause I like the bows and SS armor but it's close race. I'll be trying out ranger on a diffrerent server if I wish to. |
SS has more of a pvp edge than ranger. They both have things in both areas, but SS has more of a Pvp aspect
|
sharpshooter is pvp and ranger is grinding
|
sharp shooter
sharp shooter to be annoying in pvp :D
|
Both classes get absolute arrow, which is kind of a new power shot with a 1.8 second cooldown, or something like that :P
