Launcher Not Working
 

Im using Windows 7 Home Premium and each time I try to launch the outspark launcher i get a window saying that the outspark launcher has stopped working.Then a bar loads untill it closes and nothing happends.I've already contacted some CSR of the game but they couldnt come up with a good solution except reinstalling the game :smarty:
I hope someone can help me solve this problem.Thanks in advance.
