Which quest gives you the hobby horse?

I don't think there is a quest that gives you the hobby horse.

There's a quest in Roumen that gives you a 7day Hobby Horse as a reward. I believe it is picked up around lvl 5 from Roumenus and you hand it in at lvl 10 at Pey. The objective is simply reaching lvl 10.

Has anyone made a Best Quest guide? I mean, there are hundreds of beginner quest guides for Fiesta but... my main missed getting the hobby horse because he lvl up to quick. I would have liked to have that even though it was only 7 days. I like that freakn hobby horse. You don't have to feed it.

I think the hobby horse and free clothes are important quests. Both I think are from Item Merchant Pey but idk at what lvls, somewhere around 5? I love to KQ. Because I do the Tower and KQ I miss a ton of common quests.

Is there a "these are the very best quests" or "these quests will get you this stuff" list somewhere? I mean, I'd like to see a list based on just what you got from a quest.

The wikipedia is pretty useful for stuff like this.
