I will not be updating the quest list in this post anymore, and all updates will go to FiestaWiki, so if anyone have any corrections, they can just go change it there.

Level 1
Quest: Beginner’s quest.
NPC: Elemental Helper Remi (Roumen)
Task: Talk to Healer Julia.
Reward: 2 exp, 1 fame and 6 copper.

Level 2
Quest: Mr.Zach 1
NPC: Weapon Title Merchant Zach (Roumen)
Task: Kill 10 Slimes.
Reward: 2 exp, 4 copper, 4 fame, 1 return scroll to Roumen and choice of level 2 boots from any class.

Level 3
Quest: Mr. Zach 2
NPC: Weapon Title Merchant Zach (Roumen)
Task: Kill 10 Mushrooms and 3 Imps.
Reward: 2 exp, 4 copper, 2 fame, and a return scroll to Roumen.

Quest: The Agony of Skill Master Ruby
NPC: Kills Master Ruby (Roumen)
Task: Kill 5 Imps.
Reward: 5 exp, 12 copper, 3 fame and a choice of level 4 hats from any class.

Quest: Speedy Slimes

Task: Kill 4 speedy slimes.
Reward: 2 exp, 9 copper, 3 fame.

Level 4
Name: Heavy Eater Slime

Task: Kill 1 Hero Slime.

Level 5
Name: Attack of Mushroom Monster
Npc: Missing.
Task: Kill 20 Fire Mushrooms, and 1 Mushroom Fighter
Reward: 19 Experience, 13 Copper, 2 Fame, and a choice of pants

Level 6

Task: Kill 20 Fire Mushrooms.
Reward: 9 exp, 15 copper and 3 fame.

Name: Slow Slime
NPC: Storage Keeper Raina (Roumen)
Task: Kill 20 Slow Slimes.
Reward: 11 exp, 15 Copper, 2 Fame

Level 7
Name: The Disappearance of Villagers
NPC: Town Chief Rumenus (Roumen)
Task: Kill 1 Rookie Skeleton in Echo Cave (via Royquin & Palmer).
Reward: 15 exp, 18 copper, 2 fame, HP Potion (Tier 1), and a choice of a level 8 weapon.

Name: Hectic Julia
NPC: Healer Julia (Roumen)
Task: Collect 1 Sea mushroom (found in most maps, often on eastern Forest of Tides) and 1 starfish (found in the coast of Sand Beach and Forest of Tides).
Reward: 13 exp, 16 copper, 2 fame, Roumen Return Scroll

Name: Beat Speedy Honeyings
NPC: Robin (Roumen)
Task:Kill 20 Speed honeyings (available in Forest of Tides coast or Sand beach).
Reward: 21 ex, 18 copper, 2 fame, Vitality (Tier 1) scroll.

Level 8
Name: An Epicure Ruby
NPC: Skill Master Ruby (Roumen)
Task: Kill 20 Boogies.
Reward: 110 exp, 50 copper, 5 fame and a choice of either a return scroll to Roumen or Elderine.

Name: My Favorite Clam 1
Npc: Skill Master Ruby
Task: Collect 2 Clam Meat
Reward: 16 exp, 21 copper, 2 fame.

Name: My Favorite Clam 2 (Repeatable I think)

Name: Despicable Little Ones

Task: Kill 20 Litte Hobs
Reward: 27 exp 22 copper, 2 fame, Roumen return Scroll

Name: Part Time Job for Julia Collecting the Recovery Stone Ingredients
Npc: Healer Julia
Task: Collect 1 Sea Mushroom and 2 Starfish
Reward: 3 exp, 2 copper, Roumen Return Scroll

Name: Blue Crab Dish 1
NPC: Ancient Templer Maria (Roumen)
Task: Get 10 Blue Crab Leg Meat (acquired from blue crabs at Sand Beach. Not all blue crabs drop meat).
Reward: 18 exp, 30 copper, 3 fame and 1 return scroll to Roumen.

Name: Blue Crab Dish 2 (Repeatable)
Npc: Ancient Templer Maria
Task: Collect 12 Blue Crab Meat
Reward: 12 exp, 10 cop, 1 fame.

Level 9
Name: Loud Chief of Village
NPC: Town Chief Rumenus (Roumen)
Task: Kill 18 Hungry Wolves.
Reward: 35 exp, 41 copper, 4 fame, and a Hungry Wolf Bronze Ring with a choice of either [STR+3, END+2] or [STR+3, DEX+2] or [INT+3, SPR+2] or [STR+2, END+1, DEX+2].

Level 10
Name: King Crab
NPC: Healer Julia (Roumen)
Task: Kill 1 King Crab.
Reward: 18 exp, 30 copper, 3 fame and a return scroll to Roumen.

Name: The Cursed Doll 1
NPC: Item Merchant Pey (Roumen)
Task: Kill 12 Phinos and collect 5 Phino hats.
Reward: 52 exp, 54 copper, 4 fame and a Shield Increase (Tier 1) scroll.

Name: Honeying the Honey Thief
NPC: Storage Keeper Raina (Roumen)
Task: Kill 18 Honeyings and collect 3 honey barrels.
Reward: 37 exp, 43 copper, 4 fame and 1 Elrue.

Level 11
Name: Mini Greenky
NPC: Robin
Task: Kill 15 Mini Greenkies
Reward: 37 exp, 38 copper and 3 fame.

EPIC QUEST
Name: For New Honour 1
NPC: Town Chief Rumenus (Roumen)
Task: Talk to Guard Captain Shutien (Elderine)
Reward: 24 exp, 25 copper, 2 fame and a return scroll to Roumen and Elderine.

Name: For New Honour 2
NPC: Guard Captain Shutien (Elderine)
Task: Collect 5 low quality copper ores and 2 copper ores and deliver this to Town Chief Roumenus (Roumen). To do this, you must learn the Mining Skill (costs 350 copper) from Skill Master Ruby and purchase a pickaxe from Item Merchant Pey (costs 350 copper). You can mine this in echo cave (speak to Elderin Miner Royquin (Forest of Tides or Roumen Miner Palmer Royquin (Sand Beach), but beware of the Phinos near by because they are ranged and will attack you.
Reward: 24 exp, 25 copper, 2 fame and a return scroll to Roumen and Elderine.

Level 12

Name: The Whereabouts of the Herbs
NPC: Weapon Title Merchant Zach (Roumen)
Task: Kill 15 Ratmen and collect 1 herb leaf (obtained from herb plants).
Reward: Missing

Name: The Mysterious Sword of Karls
NPC: Smith Karls (Elderine)
Task: Collect 3 broken swords, 12 low quality copper ores and 2 normal copper ores from echo cave.
Reward: Missing

Name: Licence 1 and 2
NPC: Weapon Title Merchant Zach (Roumen)
Task: It teaches you how to register a licence by giving you a Ratman licence to try.
Reward: 34 copper and 2 fame.

Level 13

Name: Ratmen Responsible for the Disease (Repeatable quest)
NPC: Ancient Templer Maria (Roumen)
Task: Kill 20 Ratmen.
Reward: 64 exp, 53 copper, 4 fame and a return scroll to Roumen and Elderine.

Name: The Leather of Angry Wolf
NPC: Smith James (Roumen)
Task: Kill 1 Angry Wolf and collect 1 Angry Wolf Leather.
Reward: 55 exp, 57 copper, 5 fame and an Angry Wolf Necklace with a choice of either [Poison Resistance +4%, Illness Resistance +2%] or [Illness Resistance +4%, Curse Resistance +2%] or [Poison Resistance +2%, Curse Resistance +4%].

Name: Who’s the Apple Thief?
NPC: Smith James (Roumen)
Task: Kill 12 Boars
Reward: 107 exp, 88 copper, 6 fame and a boar licence.

Name: A Favor from Grandpa Robin
NPC: Robin
Task: Kill 1 Ratman Fighter.
Reward: 155 exp, 112 copper, 7 fame, a return scroll to Roumen and a choice of a level 15 weapon for any class.

Level 17
Name: Attack Against the Shrine
NPC: Ancient Templer Maria (Roumen)
Task: Kill 8 Pinkies.
Reward: 260 exp, 180 copper, 10 fame, Mini Pinkie License.

Name: Making the HP Potion
NPC: Healer Avon (Elderine)
Task: Give her three HP potions (tier 1).
Reward: 240 exp, 170copper, 10 fame, HP Potion and SP potion (tier 1).

Name: Enviable Shiny Weapons
NPC: Guard Nus (Elderine)
Task: Give him 3 Elrues [1].
Reward: 240 exp, 170 copper, 10 fame.

Name: Mara's Lair 1
NPC: Guard Captain Shutian (Elderine).
Task: Kill 5 Mara Pirate Marines and 5 Mara Pirate Elites from Mara Pirates Kingdom Quest (level 17-25).
Reward: 310 exp, 210 copper, 11 fame.

EPIC QUEST
Name: For Fame and Glory 2
NPC: Guard Captain Shutian (Elderine)
Task: Dig up 2 Copper Ores and 5 Copper Ores (low quality) from Echo Cave and deliver it to Town Chief Rumenus.
Reward: 43 exp, 43 copper, 3 fame and 1 Elrue[1].

Level 18

Task: Just talk to him.
Reward: 160 exp, 110 copper, 6 fame.

Task: Collect 15 Grave Robber's Hoe from Grave Robbers.
Reward: 600 exp, 380 copper, 18 fame.

Task: Kill 15 Kebings and collect 15 Stolen Souls from them.
Reward: 510 exp, 330 copper, 16 fame, Divine Magic (Tier 1) and HP Potion (Tier 1).

I think you need more than 1 reserver post to complete this, the number just get bigger and bigger with level.

keep in mind that some quest are still screwed up and cant be completed :S.

Yeah I don't think I have included the ones I couldn't complete because.. I couldn't start the quest. Lol. But it should be fixed in the next CB or OB or whatever. =)

On the level 7 quest for Robin, I'm pretty sure it's a task to kill Speedy Honeyings. I could be wrong, though.
