Ever consider turning on the RSS feed?

What is an RSS feed Might I ask ? o.o

I've thought about it. Didn't think most people would use it, then there is the server load if people do use it... I guess I could see about turning it on.

What is an RSS feed? Heres an example below that comes on Firefox by default. Basically your browser (or other program, rss isnt just for browsers) checks to see if the rss feed has been updated every so often (you can set it to check every 10 minutes, every hour, etc) and then you can quickly see if something your interested in has been posted. Like a new BBC story (as seen below), forum post, blog post, car on craigslist/ebay, torrent, etc. Also see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rss

How does one go about using a rss feed on any site anyways? How do i add it to my browser if i can?
