Uhms that is only for Gms?And there's no post about black hair lol,but maybe in the future if the Gms are planning to release it =D

Eh. Centrix has black hair, and he's only a CL.

There are lots more hair colors. The only reason they are unaccessible to players is that the option is now disabled for users. Before, with certain modifications to game files, players were able to acquire different color hairs and/or styles.

You'll then have to wait for a long long time XD
