Mage vs mage in pvp
 

So, after pvp in fiesta for too long, the only class that actually has real fun in pvp is the mage. I say this only because the battles have sahke room and cause you to think. fighters and clerics just Sparkcrack their way though battles which gets real old real fast. If anyone has experience in mage vs mage pvp i would like to hear good combinations during battles.

Not much of a mage person, but one former member named EdwardWarlock had some interesting threads on this forum. I would search for his stuff for some ideas. The following thread of his wasn't mage vs. mage, but the combinations are probably very solid against any player.

After examining the skill list and durations, i found this combo
 

For level cap fear> ice field> frost nova> chain cast> skeletons twice> electric field> then spam MB until electric is over> (then stifle if a cleric).

the combo above may use your mana but it uses all your stored M.Dmg

meh i don't do it like that i go.

stifle (3 sec lag)> ice field 2 sec casting time> frost nova>inferno> magic blast> fear before icefield end> normally dead.

stifle> icefield> chain cast> skele x2> frost nova> inferno if you have time> magic blast > fear> blast fun 8D

depends if your charmed or not if you charmed you generally don't use skeles as their damage doesn't increase :(

Electric shock is a skill you use if you know they are going to use a skill such as frost nova, inferno, ice field BEFORE they cast it as it cancels it so it can be used like a mini stun *-*

I usually do the same thing but when the skill is cooling down you should always spam magic blast! :laugh:
