Dear Community,



Today, we would like to give you an update regarding the single- and guild-designer requests project along with several important points listed below.



First and foremost â€" What is this all about"

With this project, we wanted to give our players the chance to have a custom-made costume for you individually or your entire guild. The idea behind this project was to give form to your creativity in the world of Fiesta Online. It was meant to be something special and unique which has never been available before.



What happened"

Unfortunately, the project didn't run as planned at all. We had huge problems with the general planning. The communication on our part either went terribly wrong, or wasn't present at all. We heavily underestimated the scale of the project. At last we didn't want to admit to defeat or failure of the project and held on to endless attempts to somehow make it work. With this, we challenged your patience to an unbearable extent. We are aware of this and would like to express our dearest apologies.



What's happening now"

Today, we admit the failure of this project ad thus, will officially terminate the Designer projects. This means that each individual, regardless of single designer or guild designer, will be reimbursed their Slime Coins. Even if the project is now closed, we discussed and decided to offer a shirt to all whom purchased a designer pack in order to not go empty handed.

Additionally, we would like to give you this special permanent mount as well. Of course, we have prepared a little preview for you as well, so you know what you can expect:

Both items will be account bound, allowing you to use them on all of your characters!



How to proceed with the reimbursement"

For the single-designer costumes it's fairly simple. You will receive your Slime Coins directly onto your account and will find the shirt and mount in your premium inventory. With the guild-designers we will contact each individual Guild Master to receive all required information and the distribution list for the items.

We sincerely hope that we can bring this project to a closure in a way that will satisfy both parties. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.



Once again we would like to apologise endless waiting. We made many mistakes in our side, but we learn from them and will ensure to avoid this kind of situation in the future.
