so anyone have a build for pvp, even though it'll be instantly torn down by sparkcrack? i havent used my fighter in a while...

25 SPR rest STR or full DEX

Both will use an Axe.

how will these builds keep you alive at all? if axe could you survive with 1:3 Dex to End? of course with the first 25 spr? The build you mentioned has a 2 handed sword feel to me for 25 spr and rest str to prevent misses

Don't waste end in free stat if you plan on PvP'ing ..
aquire it from gears, and get some +9's.

eh, well aside from SC wins anyway cuz we all know with SC and enhance people can do anything these days. I want to start with base build first.

I don't quite get what you said but you follow mine and Loveless's advice for PvP.

he's saying he wants to know what to do for pvp without spending cash. means he may not be able to get his hands on +9's.

I was under the impression he was talking about charmed people.
And +9's are much more easily bought in-game lol, waste of money enhancing.

oh, i just assumed he was talking about using +9's. guess he could also be talking about just charming himself up. wont' know until he comes back i guess xD

well i almost quit twice, but then i went mage and found out they are kinda like the "get out of jail free card" for SC fighters at times. I'm just trying to see if my dreams of ever winning pvp as a fighter using strategy alone is over. What do you guys think?

A CS heavy person can faceroll any strategic Fighter. That's what happens in a game with CS that provides power.

I'm not familiar with any of the prestige classes but if by strategic and non-CS means you can't even get +9 items then you really don't have much going for you.

Just out of my experience, I was able to DROP cs whores on my fighter without using CS, but I had alot of +9's. Also in 1v1's, always use immobilize before deva, it will give you the advantage over the other fighter.

^ Yeah, you still need +9s or you'll get hit for way too much and die before you can even get another skill in.

Though I've read that the Fighter animations are faster (therefore faster skill spam)... not sure if they fixed that but may give you a chance against some other classes. Stun locking and wahtnot.

Guess that means fighter is a no. since it doesnt have an option. guess mage is all me. XD

I think with all classes you're eventually going to Nerf +9's to pvp. May be able to get away with just +9 weapons a bit longer with mage and archer kiting though I guess.

Not a chance with archer, that character is never going to be fixed. Im thinking lvl cap as a mage i could jump the other person.

The standard of f2p mmo's is that after a certain point if you want to be able to compete with others you're going to need cs items. That means either spending more time and effort in game (or being extremely lucky with drops) or buying things with cash yourself.

The only time my non cs wearing, uncharmed, fighter can't beat a CS whore ... is when they're charmed to like 50-80%. I can take 20%'s with crit gear out the ass and still rape them, so please stop making a big deal everywhere on the site about "sparkcrap". It's been around since the game opened, and every f2p has something similar. If you don't like it so much stop whining, and go play a P2P.

Nah ya cant rape em, maybe get a close kill on em unless you care to make a guide to show me what im doing wrong. In fact since im sure theres experienced players here. Maybe give me a build and a skill order?

I don't mind if you don't think so. Skill rotation has very little meaning in Fiesta. I already told you to to immobilize before you deva, vit before the countdown hits go, demo hit when your stun is about to wear out, and spam your dd skills.

The whole time though I've been saying get +9's, without them, like I said before, PvP is useless against any other player with enhanced gear, or a SC whore. Theres no skill rotation, or build around it.

so your immobilize should out last the devastates duration im guessing? or should they miss the debuff because of immobilize?

The immobilize increase's the chance of your deva hitting while theres misses lol. And you can cast immob + deva in the same time as they cast deva.

Its alright RayRay. Eventually i think I'll post a youtube video on my experiments as a visual walkthrough of my guides, some results are good and some end with a dead mage. Either way its kinda interesting. Also, i didnt think that immobilize had such a short cast time.
