Most common healing/support type of build for clerics would be 25 SPR/rest END. 25 SPR for some magical defense/SP/5% crit rate and END would enable you to tank and survive. Being able to tank is useful as a cleric, because your heal spams can actually steal aggro from people.

If you wanna tank all the way for fighters, full END. But you would have pretty crappy damage, unless you can afford to buy good statted things and enhanced weapons. But I'm not experienced as a fighter myself so maybe others will have better/more informative opinions.

Not sure how new you are to the game. If you don't know why you cap SPR at 25, it's because after you 25 points, you only gain 0.1% crit rate per SPR point after that, as opposed to 0.2% during your first 25 points. (Meaning you will need to add 10 points=10 levels to get another 1% crit, instead of 5 points=5 levels).

Edit: Since he posted about fighters and clerics, I can't move this to either of the sections. Though it is a good idea to follow his advice and read those forums as they have a lot of similar questions.

If u wanna be the tank that always gets the party with the best cleric an charges thru enemies like their little fleas in Kingdom Quests id say Full End all the way. If u think ure goin to be doing some soloing more that partying and want to kill the enemies a lil bit faster id do the End/Str build. for ex i had my tank and started with making him 25end and was able to be the main tank for both Slime and Mara Kingdom Quests and that was even with a 2h sword. after i got to 25end i started doing 1:1 str/end inbetween levels and u kill the enemies about as fast as a full end 2h user. im still not sure if 1:1 str/end is best tho cuz im just level 45, the real results come wen ure ?60+? i think. hopefully a more experienced tank will kno. im still gettin results myself, but i like it so far. ive been tanking nothing but red monsters after i did the +25end w/o the use of potions. so its still pretty good. jus be sure u still have like t1 or t2 hp potions jus incase another red monster decides to join in :D. the T1 potions will FILL ure sp bar even empty for a gooooood while so id say have a stack of them if u can, jus incase u run outa sp in the mid of a mob. hope it helps

I prefer full strength to tank KQs (specifically). You can easily get T3 Vit/Def scrolls and a buff to tank in the later levels. But no scroll exists to help you hold your aggro! The problem with full end tanks in KQs in my opinion is that their damage often isn't high enough to maintain monster aggression. If you can't hold aggro appropriately, then you're defeating the purpose of tanking. The full strength build brings down that shortcoming.

It's a slightly different story when you're up against a swarm of enemies, but not a story entailing your death.

In theory, the best tankers would be +9ed Axers with +9 defensive equipment.

Never loses aggro due to Mock + insane damage and can take a beating.
