where to buy vitality production scroll?

Yea uhm i cant find it and wanna make some....also any other scroll skills would be nice...idk can someone plz help me? ty.

Go to the skill master Ruby in Rumen and use the arrow keys at the bottom of the alchemy tab.

If I remember exactly, you can buy scroll in Elderine providing that you have at least 400 fame.

Pey is the item merchant not the skill master.

Easiest way is Rubi in Roumen, the item merchant in Elderine, I think, sells vitality tier 2 or 3 prodcution skill
