Fixing Weapon Stats and Adding new ones

I'm currently in the proccess of Fixing the weapon damage stats and adding in the premium weapon damage stats to the Wiki.

Apparently someone used the Bright kingdom stats for the Titanic series which is completely wrong.

Bright Kingdom is the only Fiesta so far to have customization like it does.

The data I'm posting is consistent with Shine Online, Korean Fiesta, TW Fiesta, and of course our own.

Yeah, it was wrong. I think there used to be some sort of note or asterisk and said the values weren't in our version.

But those were the Korean stats, so that version isn't the same as ours.

Cant be, just posted up the korean fiesta stats, verified with Shine and TW.

Titanic Axe: 685~949 with 314 aim.
