How do I get titles?
Especially the 'Silent' one in particular?

Character > Change to view your titles. Titles are gained by selling stuff to merchants, enchating things, doing various things.

You get the quiet title after you stay in game and say nothing for 12 hours i think. Maybe less ...

Just go afk for a day while ur doing somehting else

you'll get the title..eventually.
