Need help on Spr-dex archer...
 

I am a lvl 26 archer using a bow.
I am currently using 25 spr rest dex build...

i putted all my skill point into Aimed shot... which is currently now

5 dmg,5 coold,2 decrease sp...

Is the build good??

keep ur skill point till lvl 51,, ull have a poison raining, it much better xD..

That build is very good for a soloing AOE archer but i dont think the 25 SPR would be as beneficial as if you would prefer to use the X-Bow. Since the primary use for Dex is for evasion for soloing AOE archers and attacking huge group of monster constantly wouldnt have much effect for an AOE archer with 25 SPR. The 25 SPR is good for single targeted enemies since archers have great attack speed but if you are going to be spamming NM and Piercing Shot alot I could see why the 25 SPR would be less beneficial than a Full stated build.

On top of what Andro said, I dont think you need to switch into an Xbow until level 50....

Prior to that, as you don't have any good AOEs, the speed atk on a bow is more helpful... (esp when you fight those ghost in VT at lvl 3x.. stupid mobs that doesnt bleed!!!)

And I wouldnt put anymore points in Aim Shot... You'll need 15 points by the time you get to lvl 51..

and I found it more beneficial to put 5 points in Power for Power Shot rather than Aim Shot... but it's still useful so you don't need to change (coz it cost cash to change...)



@ Andro - You still crit the group.. why would the SPR not be useful in AOE?

A dex build is more focused on surviving well in an AOE you can't fully utilize the awesome attack rate archer has with a dex build because you need to be dealing high damage that build is more focused on AOEing = skill spamming. Therefore the 25 SPR would be more beneficial to an archer who perfers parties with other people apart from cleric and or focuses more on single targeted enemies to utilize the high attack speed from a bow. A sharpshooter would be a class beneficial for something like this especially in PvP if they were too use no crit suit or CS items.

Fighters run into this problem too most fighters opt to go a full build unless they dont use CS equipment but the reason why archer can get away with this is because of their great attack rate. But if you're build is more focused on AOEing = skill spamming its better to just get the crit % from CS suits instead and go a full build.

Ya pretty much a person only adds 25spr if they will not be using CS suits. But even now I dont take off my 25spr casue I like that extra 5% crit...dont know how much evasion i would get with 25points, but it is totally better to have 5% crit than 31 more damage.
