[FiestaFan] Private Guild Forums
 

As you may all have noticed, we now have a Private Guild Forum in the Guild Hall section.

What's a Private Guild forum?
It is a place for only you and your guildies to meet up and chat. No one else can come in a spy on you guys (except us moderators and admins!) so you can let out all your guildie secrets in there. You can use it for anything - to chat, to plan guildwars, etc.

How do I get one?
Simply send a private message to the Administrator listing your:

• Guild name.
• Guild leader (forum name + IGN).
• Guild admins (forum name + IGNs).

to request for a private forum all to yourselves.

Who can apply for one?
The guild leader and/or guild admins from this forum can apply for one.

Who's going to moderate the forum?
The guild leader and admins will moderate the forum.

What about post count?
Sorry, but the post count is off in your private forums. The reason we do this is so that you guys can spam all you want (a bit like a private Mountain of Spam to yourself xD!) without us moderators coming in to tell you off. =]

How do we ensure that no one else comes in?
This is where usergroups come in. Once you have applied for a guild, a group for your guild will be created. Only people who are part of the group can access the forum. For members to be accepted into the group, each member must apply to be in the group. To do this, you go to:

User CP > Group Memberships > Select your group > Apply.

Your application will be sent to the leader, and it is only the guild leader (not admins) who can accept you into the group. The leader may accept members via Group Memberships as well.

What if the the leader goes inactive?
If the leader goes inactive on the forums for 2 months or more, you may request a change in group leader to a more active forum member by PM-ing the admins.

Do we get special tags like the moderators and admins?
Yes! You do! Here is the fun part. You will be allowed to create your very own personalised tag for your guild which will appear under your name. The size of the tag must be 120 pixels x 16 pixels. Once you have created it, please upload it to FiestaFan's Gallery and PM the link to an administrator.
