i know nothing about this. is it really that contagious or that bad or are people just being paranoid D:?

If someone has it and someone else drinks from the same cup/bottle, its very VERY likely that they will get it too o-o Same goes for kissing o:

We had an outbreak of it at my school last year.

I've never had it myself, but I hear it sucks ass.

I'm pretty sure it's by a transfer of fluids.

Mono is a pretty big deal, depending on how severe it is.

My sister got it last year, it was pretty damn bad. She's a very active person and it just totally zapped her.
