Ha So I decided that I'll just make a thread about where I am on my trip//how it's going ;D

And I got 4 disposable cameras, so no digital piccies for j00... unless I get the pics on CD && transfer them onto the interwebz ^^

Well...

Now:

Sitting in CMH (Columbus International) waiting for my flight...

because they've delayed it... >.>;

This guy sitting across from me is talking some stupid prep stuff about buying someone a wedding ring D:

When I'm on trips like this alone without my mother, I just speak in nothing but German, and I pretend like I can't understand too much English... That usually keeps the people away xD

LOL this is more like a trip-report than a journal :P But hopefully it will turn out more like a journal when you get to Germany and when you're actually there :P Have fun, safe trip :)

Go up to them and talk German gibberish, and pretend your cussing them out or something. Ramble until they look frightened for their life or look like 'O_O'....and oh oh!!! don't forget to make scary faces when your doing it......:laugh:

So because of that fcking delay, I missed my flight into Germany...

so I ended up going onto another flight, and getting into Germany 2 hours later than what I had originally expected D:

And they lost my only piece of luggage.

Begin the 8 + 6 hour car drive. D< Wooot, only 7 hours 'til the hotel.

I flew in from Madrid to Philly and landed at about 3 pm and checked my baggage after I went through customs.

Then, I found out that my flight to KC had gotten cancelled... :mad:

So the lady at the ticketing counter put us on another flight that was leaving for KC. The only thing was, this was on a different airline and THERE WAS NOOO WAY TO GET MY LUGGAGE OUT OF LIMBO. more :mad:

Bleh bleh bleh.

Long story short.

The flight for KC that was supposed to leave at 5:30 didn't leave until 9pm. We boarded at about 8:05 and then TAXIED for an hour.

omg.

sucky sucky sucky.

But at least they delivered me my luggage.

LOL! when i was in HK i did the opposite.. i spoke lotsa english to keep the sales people away! (otherwise they flock you going "CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP")

really.. maybe it was the stuff i was looking at.. coz i was at the electric stores, and ppl try to sell you cameras and phones and they'll hv to tell u wat all the "awesome" functions are.. they cant translate into english so they left me alone....

I have a print-out from US Airways that shows that Flight 741 from Philadelphia to KC with service was cancelled "due to weather conditions."

Which is still a load of crap to me. If a Midwest Airways plane can fly from Philadelphia to KC in the same weather, then a US Airways plane should be able to.
