A lot of monsters. Only 10 people.
And only 30 minutes. D: Edit: Though actually, I think people have been making a lot of progress with this KQ. I remember when some of my KQs had problems getting past the first level. >.> And then the other day, I actually saw the Giant Honeying. :D |
Here is a screenie, but it only shows the SUCCESS and time remaining. (oh, and the Shutain medal over to the right since it completed my Giant Honeying quest too.)

Wow, they must've really made a difference by adding the slot, since there are a bunch of 4x fighters and not that many mages there...

I think it was 3 clerics, 3 mages, 3 fighters, and me (a archer).

Wow... They had to have lowered mob HP or def. Seriously. A full group of like 6 mages, 2 clerics, and 2 50 fighters coudln't do it with non-stop AoE before the patch...

Actually. I was in a Honeying KQ the other day and there was this lvl 50 archer that LEVELLED while inside the KQ.
And. She had AOE Poison on her. Yeah, that rocked. :sunnies: Good strategy. But you could only try it once. |
I think one thing that helped this time is we had tanks who understood the gather and deva method and mages who understood the aoe of the mobs under the effects of deva.
We also had our archer & clerics who all understood the finer art of casting their skills from outside the large gathering of aggro'd mobs. The tanks gathered larger groups than I have seen gathered in prior attempts, and as such, when we hit that size mob with aoe a few times we have eliminated almost twice as many mobs in the same amount of time as what I saw eliminated in the last few I have been in. (That and the fact the a I was a bit more careful this time and did NOT pull a group of mobs onto my cleric by mistake. :zomg: Still sorry about that one Spirit. :blush:) In the prior Honeying KQ's I have been in I had the feeling some of those people had never been in before and were just sightseeing. :hulksmash: This was just simply a group of 10 who acted like they had been in there before and knew what to do. :laugh: |
