Is it the same as the other Pegasi and are there any indications that it'll be purchasable from NPCs for in-game silver?

Same speed/appearance as reg. Pegasi? Sometimes they alter things about freely obtainable CS items.

Specificaions of the quest to get it? Level and Task etc.

@ Spirit, it has something to do with who can repeat the quest (in order to start it you have to talk to Veitree (?) in Reumon (forgot how to spell it) the most times...I think?

In the quest, you have to collect 20 Isa flowers by farming...to help Veitree (?) decorate for GM Wildfires' wedding xD

I've gotten the quest, and it says nothing about a pegasus...

this quest is repeatable.
they (I think) will have some list of the top ranked individuals who collect the most Isa flowers. Whoever is in the top 20 will get a personal invite to Wildfires Wedding and get Pegasus for a limited time only. I don't know for sure, don't take this for granted ;D

ya its only the top gathers, the quest itself does not give a mount. just fireworks, XP, and some cash :). it goes throught june 22nd. so 12 days of gathering fun yay
