What class?

Yola, FiestaFanians! I've just installed Fiesta, and it's a bit of a toughie. I don't want to pick, say, archer and end up in a world full of archers, or maybe cleric with a world full of clerics and scarce of fighters and mages. So, I'll let the forums pick for me. I'm not aiming for the easiest class to level; that would be pretty boring.

Clerics are the most popular. Archers are the least popular.

At high levels, mages are in high demand.

At high levels, fighters solo with good efficiency, but it can be expensive.

I suggest a mage. Personal preference, however. You will find that your survivability is lower than the other classes, though.

There seem to be lots of clerics and fighters around (though I don't play Bijou so I wouldn't have a clue).

If you wanna be a class that's least popular, go for archers like Triumph said.

Well, if you're going for difficulty level I'd say Archer > Mage > Cleric > Fighter...?

You want fun and something that's not easy to level. Mage.

Fighter is easy, fun too but you get responsibilities at times, even if you're a DD fighter you may have to tank in some situations.

Make one of each. Play each class for a little while, then see which fits best with your playing style.
I have a love for mages, fighters, and clerics. I never really got into my archer. That is why she is still a lvl 23. But, I find playing all three of my other characters fun. Sometimes, I will even play all three in one day. It just depends on my mood.

If you want to play something that's both easy and hard: Archers
Lacking of skills, but not that much responsibility LMAO. Lots of archers tend to draw aggro though.

If you want to play something that takes a LOT of responsibility: Clerics
Be prepared for "buff/heal/rez (plz)" and "GODDAMIT KEEP ME ALIVE HEAL ME REZ ME" And also the joy of helping other people XD

If you want to play a glass cannon: Mages
And it's true they're glass cannons (more from 40+ anyways o-o) Die easy. Hit hard. Beginning is a bit tough because there's not that many skills to spam >w<

Fighters:
Never really played mine LMAO. They're really good DD's or tanks though XD

imo
For responsibility go: support(end/spr) cleric > tank fighter
For dmg dealer go: mage > DD(str) fighter

one personal note about support clerics tho (what I am playing), they are easy to play in general, as in they don't die, but they are SLOOOOOW to grind solo, so just keep that in mind. I dun prefer to solo, but sometimes its your only real option.

Not necessarily. A mage friend of mine 5.75k hp fully buffed, 7k hp with a GM buff + other buffs.

^ no, I meant unbuffed and with someone hitting them.

Obviously, if a mage can kill something before it touches them it's not going to be easy death, and especially not buffed.
That doesn't happen all the time though o-o

I chose Fighter, because it fun to tank and fun to run infront of the whole group of people in kq tanking monsters. I love tanking very much, it make you so bright and full of glory (lots of cleric heal you when you tank) unless you failed to tank and let the boss kill everyone.

^ that's with buffs already dude... [but even though WTF 5~7k!!! :err:]

Generally they are glass cannons... Unless gears are +9 and there's a lot of END somewhere... For mages I personally prefer pure nukers :devil:

Mage is pretty good, except it might be a little difficult to start with, it you're a beginner. I'd say cleric would be the best to work with, because it saves money a lot more than many other classes...but since you want to go a little toughie...cleric wouldn't probably be your first choice...Go with a mage or an archer. Archers are boring though...:/ just my personal opinion.

Since you can make up to 4 characters on 1 server, you could make characters of all classes and choose which one you like the best.

second choice should be mage ^^ theres alright too many fighters and clerics.
