Just wondering...

Cause the appraisal section is rarely looked at. I was wondering what would be a decent price for these two things.

You should be able to squeeze 2ish g for the shield if you look for the right person, maybe even up to 3ish if you get the final +.

sword looks about 2-3.5 g.

Nah, I'm not going to spend money making it +9. It was bad enough enhancing my lv60 sword. So hopefully 5g-ish.
