Sad KQ
 

well, about 30 mins ago, i was doing mara kq with my fighter, and it just-so-happens that there is only 1 cleric and the rest are fighters and probably 2 mages+archers.

WELL, it just so happened that the only cleric refused to heal anyone but the tanker and refused to rez anyone. So, you think we failed? Nuh-uh. We won- barely. since a majority of the kq was fighters, we had enough dmg to kill mara/ marlone with a bunch of lvl20~24 dmg.(and def)

So, with my lvl24 fighter i was tank, kind of, and we ended up with only about 9 ppl at the end. 1 was a mage, 1 was an archer, 1 was a cleric, the other 6 were fighters. since our cleric refused to rez, we lost many DDs before we got to the last bosses. T^T


yet we still won, though our reward sucked. 1 blessed lix and +3 chain armor (i already have +6 lol)...

anyway, have you guys ever had such a..uh...strange kq? xD

Well, if you're talking about cleric refusing to heal others when u guys are fighting the boss, then that's fair, coz even with the clerics spamming heal, usually it only barely keeps the tank alive (i was the only cleric once upon a time and the tank also had to pot himself to support)

but if its the rest of the KQ then... she should've at least heal her party XD

And if the ppl she doesnt rev were idiots that got themselves killed, then I understand too! LOL I mean, if you know that you dont have a cleric, then don't take hits if you cant...

I had a KQ like that where this cleric reved the stupid archer, and that stupid archer end up pulling too many marlones and killed the cleric 3 times...

your group did pretty well, with 9 ppl left when the cleric isnt reviving! =D

and yeah rewards probably isnt so great, but there's the exp (YAY)... and its not an empty box XD (we use to get empty boxes coz it was "bugged")

oh wow. well, if no fighters had taken any hits, we would've been killing the fake marlone and mara at about 10 mins left. xD and also, every1 in the kq targeted 1 monster at a time, so...yea.


+I lvled once and got 1 and a half bubbles for my fighter, so i guess i'm happy xD

LOL i also once had all these ppl demanding heal from a cleric, and that cleric ended up going "i dont wanna be here, i wanna leave"

then everyone shut up and looked after themselves LOL!

That happens cillia, kinda normal for low level KQs. Noobs will be noobs till they grow up~

And they might not ever.

If so, they'll never progress... Otherwise they'd be a shame for a high leveled~

I agree with that. It'll be more troublesome to take down a higher leveled noob than a lower leveled one. I enjoy the 1hko's and them going all "!*#%#@$!@#$" at me. And I just laugh along.. xD

I was once the only cleric in the Mara KQ (not in yours)

it gets really annoying when everyone just keeps asking for heals and rezz's

a cleric can only rez so many people because of the cd time of the skill (30 seconds)

i completely understand why he/she only healed the tank

Man, this reminds me of this one time where I was the only cleric... good times, good times.

i've seen and had that experience many times except...

-when i was the only cleric with revive people kept on spamming "REZ PLZ", told them i'm not gonna rez them if they keep spamming plus the cool down is long, but it didn't stop them from spamming it... then i got told to F*** off by the tanker cause i was reviving the fighters who died (he was supported by 2 lvl 17-19 clerics) this one ended well when only the clerics were alive and i tanked the last marlone.

-once only one cleric with rez, my fighter and an archer on the last boss, a whole lotta people sucided before real marlone and mara after abusing the cleric, we ended up winning with time to spare :)

seems to happen alot in Mara KQ, cause in gold hill and robo everyone wasn't spamming for heals and revives.

also with the Mara kq's i've been in people lost heart when a mage or archer tanked, which was sad cause the archer or mage had loads more def then the fighters.

Some archer soloed a Mara KQ, so technically if you've got a cleric and a tank with buff scrolls, you cant lose a mara KQ....

its annoying when people just gives up, but at the same time you probably dont need those people to win :D they can miss out...

My first mara KQ in a while was a weird one as well. There was this cleric who was level 25 and had 312 def(all end equips). With a nice +9 shield!

As it started before anything really happened, you know everyone was gettings into parties, she ran off following the path that you would take. That's good, saves time so I followed. Noone else was even close to us when we got to the first mini-bosses.

Now, usually at this point you would wait for everyone, but not for her. No sir!
She started taking mara and marlone at the same time(I laughed as I wrote that XD), I couldn't do anything before I would of gotten 1 hitted.

So she beats both(lol again) and the other groups STILL haven't caught up. So we continue until the next bosses. Now, she was good, but trying to pull the real bosses that were in the back wasn't going to happen. So we waited.

Eventually everyone else caught up wondering how the hell we beat everything. So we then find out, we have no ranged...and the real bosses are all the way in the back. To top it all off, the only cleric we had was the one I had followed.

Funny enough we pulled all the fakes to the back side of the boat. (Note that there were only me, the cleric, and 2 other fighters left) But we had 30 minutes.

All in all we won suprisenly. Got a nice +6 pants and shirt for it too =))

HAHAH now that's funny...

imagine the 2nd group getting to the fakes and found the space empty... they might be like... "is this KQ bugged? they 4got to spawn mara and marlone?" LOL!

Nah, they shouted: "Where the hell are the bosses?"
And we replied: "I killed them?"
"Really?"
"Yes, now hurry up"

Low lvl kq' are a waste of time...

low level kqs gives you the best exp boost!

Except Golden Hill. That thing makes me wanna AFK till it succeeds Dx

makes no difference if you're an Archer in there or not o.O


Ugh, Golden Hill is the worst KQ ever. People follow-leeching all the way down, key finders who refuse to open the door, idiot tanks who always insist on running Marlone into people before they're ready....URGHHHH!!!!


Comes close to Mara in noobery.

at least Gold Hill, you get 1 boss at a time.. potentially it's not as dangerous as Mara KQ....

Yeah Mara KQ can go BOOM! in an instant. Golden Hill though, as what Lvra mentioned... Keyholders who don't open the gates... Usually they're silent, but sometimes there are people who go "give me 5s and I'll open it" or something like that. Another thing that sucks about it are Golden Bug hoggers. Those b*tches.
