Introduction
Sister guild to The_Factory. This guild is not the average guild that you see around your Bijou Server. The members of The Co. do not prioritize on grinding and reaching to the highest level. In fact, their main goal is to be at their best respectful and friendly manner. They do not wage war on weaker guilds in pride nor do they do so for revenge and threat. They are there to make the game more enjoyable and less dramatic. They will accompany you when you are down. They are The Company.


Minimum (Basic) Requirements
Polite
You need to be able to watch your language when chatting with anyone in game. Rudeness will not be tolerated.

Professional
The way you communicate with other people must be dealt with in a mature and civil manner even when arguments arise.

Respectful
We do not want anyone in this guild looking down on others who are qualified to be in this guild i.e those that are polite, professional, independent, considerate, respectful etc.

Independent
You must be able to refrain from asking for too much of help. No asking for power leveling from lvl40-45. We are a family, not a grinding guild.

Considerate
You must think of other peoples needs instead of just yours.

Cool
We believe that the strongest of people are those who can control their temper. They are stronger than the world's best weight lifters.


Recommended (bonus) Requirements
Fun
Its why we're even playing the game. Spending some time to give other people a good laugh is great.

Helpful
It strengthens the bond of our community by asking amongst ourselves whether anyone would like a helping hand. Helping non-members would great for the guild reputation.

High leveled
Although this is not mandatory, the more higher your level, the more people look at your shining armor and possibly the guild you are in.

Good in English Communication and Writing Skills
We have a few good writers so far and it would be interesting to expand our fan fiction community so that we could enjoy reading each others diary of fantasy.

Good news to our guild, so many good ol' members are coming back to this guild. Our happy family is expanding so well. We are currently trying to delete some alts from the guild and maybe some inactive people to make room for more. If we still can't do that, we'll be opening back our sister guild, The_Academy where we will welcome a new generation of younger players.

Oh btw, fishmonkey. I've been trying to whisper you in game but you don't seem to be on a lot. If possible try to whisper me when you are on, but if you can't find me too, try contacting the following admins.

Really sorry, I just saw this reply after so long. Well, its going smooth, and friendly. No drama or whatsoever. Some have been away because of school, work etc. Its still nice hearing from you. Hope all goes well with you.

As stated in the title, its a guild from the BIJOU server. There are nearly 50 members in our guild. As I said above, many have been busy but there are still a few that are always active in the guild. We're happy as we are, and deciding who is fit for the guild won't be easy. Please understand that inviting the wrong person to the guild could cause bigger problems which is why we must get to know you more.
