King Slime Quest
 

Alright I have been through the King Slime Quest like 2 times now. I haven't been able to get a single drop, also why is it so hard to get people to party up with you. At least 3 times I have failed the KQ because of no party. I play on Epith, is it possible the people on the server are just not friendly?

I play on Epith and I think I'm friendly :D

I had that problem too tho starting out. I found a few people tho after a while and now it seems to be better. Just keep playin...

afterthought....do you just wait to get ptyed in the kq or do you try to create a pty as well? maybe there are lots of new ppl not in a pty?

I have tried to join parties and create them. I like to try to round up one before the KQ, but it doesn't seem to work. But you are right, I suppose I should keep trying.

I tried this for about 2 nights...took a cleric to lvl 15, and personally I didn't see much diff at that level. At least as far as ppl wanting to pty with a "noob" or other low lvls not KSing etc...

just my opinion tho...I do see a lot of tevans on FF and they all seem great ppl to me:cool:

I'm afraid I won't be able to complete the King Slime Quest 2 before I lvl up too high. How many King Slime quests are there?

not sure...i lvled too fast to get my second king slime kq tho and I don't think I missed much...

There is *plehhhnty* more game left...just press 'U' sometime and see where you haven't been yet ;)

Don't worry. I didn't finish my last one either Attack of King Slime 3 either. =/

What class are you?

I find that people don't tend to party with people between level 5 and 8 coz some reckons that they're too newb to do anything (you miss the target more than doing dmg)... unless you're a cleric...

if you're a cleric and still doesnt get a party then maybe people on Epith just don't like parties HAHA

But when you start wearing some armours and a weapon that doesnt look like a level 1 weapon, i think you'll have more chance of getting into a party... :D

Yeah, it is okay to not finish the last one I think, cos you get the next Mara KQ to help you get lotsa exp.

Maybe you're below level 8? Hard to get in a party. Which is why when I got my fighter in his first Kingdom Quest at level 5, I left him there while taking a long bath.

And Teva =/= Epith in a lot of ways. Teva is pro, Epith is noob. Teva is mixed with clerics and archers dying, and Epith is just plain Archer land.

No, I was like level 15 when I posted this, I am now a 17 or maybe 18. I didn't finish all three but I am working on the Mara pirates one now, which isn't very easy, the bosses 1 hit kill me.

Lol I am going to be honest now. Since the Teva server went down, I created a mage character in Epith. And people in there - omg - were so rude and unfriendly. They wouldn't invite to parties if you were of low level, not really thinking that they once were low levels too.

You should try Teva. When I first joined Fiesta, the first person I met was one of the best - I still remember him. :P I've also been in Bijou, and Teva's still the best :D
