Not necessarily true, I mean I hit everything else but I still miss like 1/7 times on a Joker Trumpy...

Judging by the boots...he's below lvl 24...so it's pretty obvious he'll miss.

Yea angel don't feel bad. Just keep adding and watch as you start DPSin' mobs to hell by 50+. Or...

I agree. I have lots of it [screwed up build BTW] and I'm still not satisfied with the MISSES people deal in PvPs, or even monsters. What's more is, right when I'm supposed to have 1337 aim and no misses to monsters, there's this one monster I still miss~Joker Trumpy. How much evasion does this b*tch have? :confused:

i think dodge rate / block rate only works well... no.. i mean.. works "better" against yellow mobs...

I seem to see quite a few blocks and miss when i go against yellow mobs... but still.. its not as great as you'd expect i guess... but its there about 1/5 of the time~
