Thought this deserved to be posted and no, it isn't a new staff-member.


Kinda unfair seeing as you can't see the glitch yourself if you do get bugged.

And yeah it is very unfair. I mean they should be investigating what went wrong and why the mounts are glitched, not running around jailing people for something the player can't see.

There are I think those players who hacked game files. Of course they should be banned.


Then again, I wonder if they can tell the difference between hackers and glitched users.

Jeez, more lame from outspark, but that was expected. There have been lots of players who got the glitch accidentally, as we've seen here on the forums from what they posted. Yeesh.

...What the hell. My pinata is glitched sometimes and appears to be a beetle, but I haven't hacked anything. And they're saying it can potentially end in being banned? -_-

Yes, I wonder if they can tell who has the glitch and who is glitching it on purpose. Because they do say, "those who are glitching....." so they must know that there is a way to glitch it on purpose.

i thought their "XTRAP" will stop the launcher from loading if it finds anything wrong or changed in the installation files? i read this from a previous patch but im too lazy to search for it. lol!

that sucks if you got yourself just running around with your mount then sent instantlly to jail. well, i hope they will fix this issue ASAP.

this may become another reason why the game is getting lamer and lamer....

There is a way to do it. It doesn't randomly happen. Requires no hacking, just a sequence of actions.

i think we should all shout "we WONT be BUYING anything from CASH SHOP THEN!" and they might think about FIXING it rather than jailing ppl for using cash shop items...

seriously... glitch is a fault in the game.. why are they jailing ppl for it... (whether they've done it on purpose or not)... we had the relog glitched and everyone used it... that was as worse glitch as it could affect the way the game is played...

but a different looking mount isnt gonna make anyone more "powerful" or anything (wont change the way the game is played..) why are they so fussy about little issues like that...

Because its outspark and they lack common sense when it comes to issues like these.


Generally their decision making is sound, but as of late its become rather questionable.

Key events where outsparks common sense just wasnt there:

1) Appointing players as community leaders.
2) Giving community leaders power in game and on the forums.
3) The Falcomist Incident.
4) This.

There are more to add to the list, just cant come up with them :rolleyes:

The mount skins (or whatever they are?) are all installed on your comp from the site, correct? So if I decide to delete the folder containing the loading screens on my computer, does it delete the loading screens off of every other computer? OF COURSE NOT.

It goes the same way with just renaming the skins, which is what can change skins. Not possible to "hack" with other people knowing. (<--- please don't take this as a "I'll try!" v.v)

But the bug part isn't fake. Kinda cool, actually...

Exploiting the glitch is what they seem to have a problem with. There is apparently a sequence of steps that you have to take to "make" this glitch happen. "Making" this glitch happen is what they have a problem with.

Apparently there is a sequence of keys and movements that you can do which will change the look of your rider.

lol >.> they were supposed to fix this in CB...me and Ane reported it to GM Steam along with a few of the other fiesta GMs lol. We found this after Harlot got his rhino mount lol either Ane came back or someone found it again. Either way its stupid to ban someone for something as simple as this especially when its your own fault f or not fixing it lol. Its not a hack at all it jus involves a certain sequence of actions o___0.

I've seen some people glitch with their mounts, but its kindda dumb that they would jail and ban people for their own mistakes.

Get it together Outspark. It's not our fault they cant fix this glitch....Man seriously.

Well I've never attempted to "make" the glitch happen, and yet it has... I know they can't tell us how this glitch happens because people will do it more, but how could I know I'm doing it? :\

Some glitches prolly come back. We didn't have it for awhile. This is the first time we've seen it.
