Unable to login anymore
 

I have been playing on my account (almost level 20!). I didn't login for a couple of days due to being busy and now when I try to login I get this error box:

"There was a problem logging you in.

Either your username or password was incorrect, or you are
not authorized to participate in the closed beta.

(401-0: unauthorized)"

Okay, I know my login and password are correct, I can login to the site just fine. I even changed my password but it's still not working. Is it because I didn't log in enough or something? :(
I'm gonna be really bummed out if I cannot ever log on again.

Hmm, it seems no one's replied to you after several days, so I'll look into for you now. I'll edit the post with my findings, and most likely a solution.

Edit: I need to ask you whether or not you received an email from the administrators of Outspark. It's an email with the subject "noreply" and is actually a direct invitation from Outspark themselves, verifying that you were invited for Closed Beta Phase 2.

If you did, tell me what was in that email. It seems this only occurs to people who were invited into the second wave.

Have you tried sending a pm to GM on the forums yet?

Your problem is pretty common, but unfortunately Outspark hasn't come up with a solution yet. It seems the majority of (thanks ElNinoFr) second wave of invites are unable to log in, receiving the exact the same message as you posted.

All I can offer for advice is to be patient. I expect that next patch you should be able to play. Real sorry I couldn't offer you a solution. It isn't a software problem, but something to do with their systems data malfunctioning after a server maintenance. The irony.

The problem I think is with the people they opened the game up to *AFTER* the second wave invite to stress test the servers.:D But I think It will fixed soon if it hasnt already.

Hrm... this exact problem just happened to me, even though I've never had it during closed beta at all. Anyone know what might be causing it?

well i guess it just mean they are working on the login. Couse the login is handeled via a http request. a 401 doesnt only mean u are not allowed to login. It could also mean that the login is deaktivated

p.s.: i have the same problem.

Possibly a sign they're preparing servers for OB launch? <_< (I can hope, can't I?)

I tried to change my password using email and it says the email is not registered.

seems like my account is being hacked!

No everyone else is having the same problem. Official site isn't working either. Just wait patiently for the developers to fix this.
