he was supposed to just be getting CS3 for me...

and I get my laptop back with no bootup anything...

scanning so far has one Malware...

and now I'm scanning for more because after I deleted it... it's still not working =/

Thank god I know how to run programmes out of Task Manager xD

I had the worst spyware thingy the other month, and for the life of me anything I used to try and get rid of it wouldn't work, and finally I figured out how to deactive the dll and won the battle! D<

... I tried getting CS3 too. You might just have to take it to a computer shop, that's what I had to do when I tried before.

The amount of 'crap' I found was ridiculous and I couldn't get rid of it using any of the programs.

i JUST got my computer fixed from a horrifying virus...I mean hell, i couldent play feista for like 2 weeks.

My computer was freaking out with all these nasty weird pop-ups...i knew I need help with it!

when your computer is booting up, press F8 and go to "start up from last knon good configuration" and try dealing with it. If that doesn't work, do a system restore (pick a date bfore you lent it to your friend.) You'll have to re-register some of your programs but yeah. x_x might help with nabbing the virus.

ROFLMAO!! System Restore....

System restore is for t3h nubs. Its only backs up your resgistry and even then, any virus writer worth their salt programs it to infect the last 30 days of system restore points as one of the FIRST 3 things the virus does upon execution. You gotta think dynamicly when it comes to viruses, and there is one app that seriously NO virus programmer can avoid and thats called fdisk. Or even better the format screen on the operating system cd.

I mean everyone is all like "Noes windoz dun ned reformating. I am teh uber." well if you were uber you wouldnt be in this position to begin with. And in all perfect honesty by this time its time to just admit defeat in this battle but win the war by reinstalling the OS. Or you can be like everyone else and pay money to fix your shiz. But i always laugh at the people in the heek squad lines. I seriously LOL becaus geek squad is teh sux. I have their FBI app that they use to diagnose problems and its ghey. Its about as smart about your pc as an at&t tech from bangladesh is about your american phone problems.

Besides if your that overrun its about time for a reinstall anyways...

F2 = Menu
F12 = MultiBoot Selection.

MultiBoot just lets me boot from either HDD or CD/DVD drive.

It could be a root-kit, they change computer functioning to disable anti-measures against them. They'll either shut-down the computer before you remove the program, disable system-restores and safe modes, hide themselves/disable anti-virus programs, yeah :/

Final resort, re-install your OS.

Gah.

I caught one Virus, and then rebooted... and I thought that was it...

Ever heard of Ghost system backups? It's like a save game function, so that when you screw up in the game, you can always start over.

I dunno... but Vista is made of epic win.

I was thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis close to restoring my OS, and only saving which files were important to me...

when I was manually looking at each file in System32 and I came across the Backup and Restore application... I ran it, and I had no restore point set (kinda killed my hopes) but then there was another option for "Repair System" and it restored my system to 4/20!

I KNEW that day was good for something other than Senior Skip day xD

about a month or so ago i went to a website that had a hidden key logger on it and it got into my computer, so someone got all my passwords and accounts on everything ( myspace, aim, msn, yahoo, fiesta, fiestfan, paypal, emails, screen names, etc. ) when i found out i wasnt too worried, but then the person who put the key logger on my computer noticed i play fiesta alot, so the jerk got into my fiesta account and deleted all my characters D= it was horrible lol, though within a week or so, i got the key logger off my computer and installed new programs to keep my computer safe now and i explained to GM Dakkon on what happened and got my characters restored. Thankfully he didnt touch anything else =) though it sure was a pain to go through every single account and change every password lol.

I was late for school... no biggie... but only because I GOT THE FUX virus out of my compy :3

Then everything is going smooth, and running the restaurant was fine...

come off of school, have to ride my bike home... go through a puddle of mud

now I'm all muddy... no biggie once again xD

I call up ClickandBuy, and give them my prepaid info again, and they charged it successfully! Meaning as soon as they get the email to outspark... I can play again! ;D

And yesh... so now I ish going... to do stuff I dunno...

maybe call Skype and ask why my phone stopped working suddenly =/

I called up SMC services to see why my phone broke... and guess what??

The battery was in backwards ._.

So now I feel like a complete moron because I called up, and now he had to tell me that D:
